- Medical Delivered is committed to the fastest possible shipping for all customer purchases. We are proud to offer same day shipping on all orders placed by 3:00 PM EST. Your order will ship directly from our closest warehouse with current stock based on your geographical location. If for some reason your item is not currently available we will contact you and give you the option to wait for inventory to be replenished or receive a full refund for your purchase.

- Returns & Replacements
- In the event that you need to return merchandise you must contact us within 30 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned in new, unused, resalable condition and contain all original packaging. Due to hygiene issues some items cannot be returned if opened, including all incontinence products, toilet seats, etc. Other restrictions may apply.
It’s easy to return a MedicalDelivered.com purchase. Here’s how:
1. Get a Return Acquisition (RA) number. An RA number can be attained by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1-866-358-6453. In order to ensure that your package is routed to the right warehouse it’s extremely important that the RA number is written clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Packages that are shipped back without an RA number are not eligible for a refund.
2. Ship the item to your local warehouse. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. You can use any shipping service, but we recommend using FedEx, UPS, or any other service that provides a tracking number. When you call to set up a return we will also provide you with the shipping address to a specific warehouse to ship the merchandise back to.
3. Get your refund. Once we receive the item(s) back we will inspect the merchandise to ensure that it is unused and in resalable condition. If the product return meets our specifications we will issue a credit to the credit card account that was used to make the purchase. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% - 25% unless the item is defective or was shipped in error by Medical Delivered.
Note: Medical Delivered will cover the cost of freight and supply FedEx or UPS labels for all merchandise that is defective or where there was in error on the part of Medical Delivered.
