Follow a few simple steps to enter your personal information and establish a unique user name and password. Once completed, you may place orders or checkout online immediately. On your subsequent visits, simply log on with your user name and password for an immediate account access in order to update your personal information, review order history or to place orders 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Our corporate offices are located in Toledo, Ohio, however we service the entire nation through our online store front.

Will you ship my product to my home?
Yes, we will provide shipping to your home within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

When will my products arrive?
The arrival date of your product will vary depending on the product and model you select and your place of residence. If in stock, most products are delivered to you in just three to four business days.

Who pays for the shipping on returned items?
Since we are arranging for the return and are not passing on our restocking fees, freight charges would be your responsibility, unless the returned items were shipped to you in error or are defective.

Do you accept Medicare or other form of Insurance?
At this time we do not accept Medicare or other forms of insurance. However we will send you an invoice of your order for you to submit to Medicare or your insurance company.

Do you accept Purchase Order (PO) ?
Please call 1-866-358-6453 to set up your Purchase Order Account. All purchase orders are Net 30. In order to establish a credit history with us, the first order is always paid for by credit or debit card, check or money order. This also allows us time to send you a credit application, which you will need to fill out and return to us. Restrictions may apply to Purchase Order accounts.

Once I place an order, how long does it take before the order is shipped from your warehouse?
Orders placed before 3:00 P.M. EST usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 P.M. EST will usually ship the next business day. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

We provide free shipping on all orders over $100. On all other orders we have a minimal shipping charge of $6.95.
